Group development

Belonging to a team or a workgroup, or being its leader, can be both inspiring and frustrating. At times, certian individuals seem to hinder the group’s work and development. On another occasion, outstanding results are chieved, and team members grow. In yet another scenario, the atmosphere is pleaseant, and everyone gets along well, but not much of value is accomplished.

Release and guide the driving forces in the team – in the same direction.

Group development – a kick-start for a new team or vitamin boost for an established team. Whether a team is new or has been around for a long time, it is a wise investment to help the team collaborate more effectively. When we work with teams, we help members understand each other’s differences and turn them into assets. We lay a common foundation for communication, feedback, and trust – so that the group, together with the team leader or manager, gains tools and language to independently continue working on its development after our intervention.

Group development – at the interface between teams. Working with team development has today become routin for many organisations. However, that you need to also work on relationships between teams and departments is often disregarded. For development of the interface between teams, clarification of expectations, handovers and roles become specifically important. We establish how to communicate and how to build trust between teams.
