The design of our coaching assignments is always tailored. A common form of coaching is individual conversations, where the client or employee regularly has the opportunity for reflection and personal coaching to gain insights into their personal leadership, and with the end goal to achieve results in the organisation.
Sometimes coaching is part of a development programme. For example, when working with management teams, we typically design a combination of workshops with the management team, and personal coaching for the team members.
